When preparing Enduring Guardianship documents, it is a legal requirement that your guardians have the document and responsibilities explained to them by a solicitor.
In an ideal world I like to sit down with the whole family and run through the legal functions of these documents. But in reality, it’s not always possible to get everyone in the same room.
If I need to meet with your guardians at another time, an additional cost of $165 per session may apply.
