Probate and estate administration involve a number of steps, documents and responsibilities that are often unfamiliar. It can be hard to know where to begin, what is important, and what needs to be done next.

My role is to guide you through this process with clarity, patience and care, helping you focus on what matters most while ensuring the legal requirements are handled properly.

When someone passes away, it is not just a legal process—it is a personal one.

Many clients find it difficult to deal with certain aspects of estate administration, such as contacting institutions, closing accounts or managing paperwork connected to their loved one. Others feel comfortable handling some parts themselves.

There is no single “right” way to approach this.

Every estate is different, and so is every client.

Some clients prefer to be closely involved in the administration of the estate, handling certain tasks themselves while receiving advice along the way. Others would prefer to step back and have those responsibilities managed on their behalf.

I offer a flexible approach. You can choose the level of involvement that feels right for you, and I will adapt my role accordingly.
